PECAN PIE (ABBY'S)

In large bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, eggs, butter, salt & vanilla
- 9 " unbaked pie shell
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. firmly packed brown syrup
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1/3 t. salt
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 heaping cup pecan halves
LASAGNA

Prepare sauce from my Pressure Cooker Spaghetti sauce recipe
- Use my pressure cooker spaghetti sauce recipe.
- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 lge. package shredded mozzarella cheese
- (I don't use Ricotta or cottage cheese)
CHOP SUEY

Heat oil and brown meat and mushrooms, stirring frequently
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean pork, cut into 2/2" cubes (or veal and pork)
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup thinly slice onions
- 2 cups thinly sliced celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 2 1/4 cups hot water, or stock
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 no. 2 can bean sprouts.
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Hot, cooked rice
Deviled Eggs

Boil eggs cut in half length ways; put yolk in small bowl and mash with fork; add small amount of onion chopped, mu

Mix flour, cream of tartar & baking soda together & set aside
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. butter (2 cubes)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. cream of tartar
- 3 t. vanilla extract (or 2 t. vanilla & 1 t. almond extract)
- 5 c. flour
Spinach Dip (Knorr Leek)

Blend all ingredients in a bowl
- 1 pkg Knorr Leek Soup mix
- 1 pkg frozen spinach (Chopped fine). Thaw and squeeze out liquid
- 2 cups sour cream (16 oz)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise

- 1 White Cake Mix
- 1 package Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 large can Chunk Pineapple
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3-4 Bananas
- 1 Container Cool Whip
- 1 8 ounce package softened Cream Cheese

Chex Party Mix

Heat oven to 250 degrees. Melt margarine in large roasting pant in oven
- 6 tbls margarine or butter (not spread or tub products)
- 1 tbls Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups Wheat Chex cereal
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1 cup garlic flavor bite size bagel chips, broken into 1 inch pieces
Soup Gazpacho (Cold Soup)

Summertime vegetarian dish served at room temperature or chilled
- 2 1/2 cups chopped, seeded tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups chilled low-sodium spicy mixed-vegetable juice
- 1 cup chilled low-sodium spicy mixed-vegetable juice, divided use
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 medium garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
- 1 cup chopped seeded cucumber
- 1 cup quartered yellow pear tomatoes or
- red cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 can drained yellow corn
