Use my pressure cooker spaghetti sauce recipe.
pkg. lasagna noodles
lge. package shredded mozzarella cheese
(I don't use Ricotta or cottage cheese)
Prepare sauce from my Pressure Cooker Spaghetti sauce recipe. Prepare lasagna noodles according to package directions. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish with cooking oil spray. Line bottom of pan with one layer of noodles. Add a ladle or two of sauce. Top with cheese. Repeat a layer of noodles, sauce and cheese. Repeat until you have 3 or 4 layers. Top cheese with sliced olives, parsley flakes, etc. and desired. Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8 - 10 people
