- 8 long potato rolls (split-top or standard hot-dog style)

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt
- Dry mix:
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

- To make pancakes (about 6 4-inch pancakes):

- 1 cup buttermilk
