Butterscotch Chocolate Cake

Prepare and bake cake according to directions
- 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
- 1 jar butterscotch ice cream topping (17 oz)
- 8 oz. cool whip
- 3 Butterfinger candy bars (2.1 oz. ea.), coarsely crushed
Fruit Dip

Whip with blender. Dip with fresh fruit, apples, grapes, strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
Chicken Pasta Salad

1. In a small non-stick skillet, combine almonds and sugar over medium-low heat
- Caramelized Almonds:
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 6 T sugar
- Salad:
- 2 cups (3-4 chicken breasts) cooked chicken, diced
- 1 lb whole wheat Rotini pasta
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 cup dried Craisins
- Dressing:
- 2 cups mayo
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 T apple cider vinegar
- 2 T water
- 2 T poppy seed
- 2 tsp salt
Red Cake

Combine sugar, Crisco, flour, cocoa, pre-mixed water and food coloring, and 2/3 c
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 2 c. cake flour
- 2 T. cocoa
- 2 T. water
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 T. vinegar
- 2 T. red food color
Breakfast Rolls

Melt ice cream. Combine melted ice cream and brown sugar in 9x13 inch pan
- 2 loaves frozen bread dough
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 c. brown sugar
Dump Cake

Put all in bowl in order given
- 2 c. plus 1 T. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 c. milk with 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- Put all in bowl in order given. Mix with electric mixer. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake for 30 min. in 350 degree oven.
Black Forest Cake

1. Bake cake according to directions in a 9"x13"x2" pan
- 1 Devils food cake mix
- 21 oz canned cherry pie filling
- 1 T almond flavoring
- 1 package french vanilla instant pudding
- 2 T vanilla extract
- 8 oz cool whip (thawed)
- 2 T chocolate dessert sprinkles
- Maraschino cherries
Sweet Meatballs

Bring ingredients to a boil either in microwave or stove until mixture is thick and clear
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbls cornstarch
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup vinegar (apple cider vinegar works too)
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
Cherry Cheese Bars

Filling: 1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/3 c
- Crust: 1 c. chopped walnuts, divided
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter Crisco
- 1/2 c. flake coconut (optional)
Sour Cream White Cake
