Easy Dessert

Prepare cake mix according to pkg
- 1 pkg. Jiffy yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. milk
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- Cool whip
Pink Fluff Salad

Mix all ingredients together in bowl and chill
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk, chilled & slightly whipped
- 1 9 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 can chunk pineapple, drained
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- Mix all ingredients together in bowl and chill.
German Chocolate Cheese Pie

Preheat oven to 300. Butter 9" pie plate
- Crust: 4 c. corn flakes crushed to 1 c.
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 5 T. butter, melted
- Filling: 1/2 c. water
- 1 bar (4 oz.) sweet cooking chocolate
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. whipped topping
Nut Toffee

Line 15x10x1 baking pan with foil extending over edges
- 2 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 T. light corn syrup
- 1 11 1/2 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
- 1 c. finely chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, cashews)
Pistachio Dessert

3rd layer: 2 pkgs. (3 1/2 oz
- st layer:
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- Mix in 9x13 pan. Bake 15 min. at 350. Cool.
- nd layer:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 box whipped topping, prepared according to pkg
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- Mix and put on cooled crust.
Chicken Salad

Very yummy as a meal on it's own
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup green or red grapes
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits
- 1 cup mandarin oranges
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup olive oil mayo

Mix the flour, margarine and nuts; pat in 9x13 pan
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 9 oz. carton whipped topping
- 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 4 lg. bananas
Cheesy Potato Soup

In lg. kettle, cook potatoes and carrots in water until tender, about 20 min
- 6 med. Potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 qt. water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 T. butter
- 6 T. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- Cheddar Cheese
Dried Beef Dip with Bagels

Chop dried beef into small pieces, mix with other ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 pkgs dried beef
- 2 Tbls parsley flakes
- 2 tsp dill weed
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- Bagels cut into bite size pieces.
