  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. cocoa, divided
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (14oz) can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips



Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs, 1/4 c. cocoa, sugar and butter. Press firmly on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. In large mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, flour, remaining 1/4 c. cocoa, egg, vanilla, and baking powder. Stir in nuts. Spread evenly over prepared curst, top with chips. Bake 20-25 minutes or until set. Cool, cut into bars. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
