Canning Sweet & Sour Chicken

In my large stainless steel saucepan, I combined
- 5 sterilized 5 quart canning jars.
- 4-1/2 cooked and shredded 4-1/2 pounds of chicken breast
- 3-15 3-15 ounce cans of pineapple chunks, reserving the juice
- 2 1 2 bell peppers, 1 red bell pepper, and 2 medium onions

- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1-1/4 1-1/4 1-1/4 cups white vinegar
