Cherries Jubilee Cheesecake Bars

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat cake mix and butter in bowl til crumbly
- 1 pkg Cherry chip cake mix
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 2 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tub cherry ready to spread frosting
- 3 eggs
Beer Cheese Soup

Melt butter, mix in flour, add chicken broth, cream and mix until smooth and thick
- 1/2 C butter
- 3/4 C flour
- 4 C chicken broth
- 1 1/2 C cream
- 16 oz cheese whiz
- 6 oz beer
- 1 T worcestershire sauce
Easy Rhubarb Dessert

Place rhubarb in greased 9X13 pan
- 4 C sliced fresh or frozen rhubarb
- 1 pkg (3 oz) raspberry jello
- 1/3 C sugar
- 1 pkg yellow or white cake mix
- 1 C water
- 1/3 C butter or margarine,melted
- ice cream, optional
Pistachio cake

- 1 yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 2 T water
- 1/4 C oil
- 1 C sour cream
- 1 t almond
- 3 oz pkg instant pistachio pudding
- few drops green food coloring
Grandma's Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 6 pork chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup dry sherry
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Chicken and Biscuit Bake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 cups (approx.) of cooked, shredded chicken (I used 2 breasts for this)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock or broth
- 1/4 cup (half of a stick) butter, melted
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed veggies (allow to thaw for about 30 minutes before adding to recipe)
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- Pepper
Yum Yum Cake

This makes a large cake, perfect for a pot luck or a family gathering
- 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1/3 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1 1/3 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (9 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (9 ounce) package Cool Whip Topping
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) package crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Cream butter and p. sugar
- 2 C butter
- 1 C p. sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 3 1/2 C flour
- 1 C pecans (optional)
- 8 oz white candy coating (white chocolate)
- 1/3 - 1/2 C crushed peppermint candy
