  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar or Splenda
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced

  • 1 rotisserie cooked chicken, with the meat pulled from the bones and shredded into bite-sized pieces

  • Light soy sauce or Maggi Seasoning sauce

  • 1 small cucumber, sliced lengthwise, with seeds removed
