I love all kinds of macaroni and cheese but this one is my favorite

  • 1/2 (32oz) package elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp salt or seasoned salt
  • 5 cups milk
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese

This is pretty much the universal dipping sauce for eggrolls, spring rolls, etc

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tsp sugar or Splenda
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Asian hot sauce, to taste (the kind with a rooster on the container)
