George's Cherry Cobbler

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a casserole dish in oven
- 6 T. butter
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. mikl
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
Cucumber-Melon Mashup

Puree the melon and cucumber together
- 1/2 melon, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, peeler, seeded and chopped
- 4 tbsp full-fat vanilla yogurt or baby rice cereal
Au-Gratin Potatoes

Alternate potatoes, soup and cheese in layers, ending in layer of cheese
- 3 c. cooked potatoes, sliced
- 1 can cream of onion soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Dreamcycle Salad

Put all puddings and Jello in a pan with water
- 1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 sm. box instant Tapioca pudding
- 1 sm. box orange Jello
- 3 c. water 8 oz. Cool Whip
Lemon Cake

Beat together. Bake at 350 degrees in 9 x 13-inch pan
- Topping:
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 1/2 c. oil (any cooking oil)
- 1 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 2 T. water
- 2 T. butter, melted
Baked Apple Slices

Place apples in a greased 1-quart dish
- 3 large baking apples, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 T. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 c. apple cider
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. walnuts
Plummy Potatoes

Wash and peel potato and cut into small chunks
- 1 small potato
- 1/8 c water
- 1 small,ripe plum
Cheese Ball

Mix together cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, Worcestershire sauce and onion
- 2-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. blue cheese dressing
- 2 to 3 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped pecans
Fried Chicken in the Oven

Line a shallow pan with foil, spray foil with olive oil or cooking spray
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer cut into pieces; skin removed
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 to 2 c. Cornflake crumbs
Grean Bean Casserole

Stir the soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper, beans and 1 1/3 cups onions in a 3-quart casserole
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 8 cups cooked cut green beans*
- 2 2/3 cups French's French Fried Onions
- *2 bags (16-20 ounces each) frozen green beans, 4 packages (9 ounces each) frozen green beans, 4 cans green beans or about 3 pounds fresh green beans for this recipe.
