Broccoli Salad

Combine miracle whip, sugar and vinegar
- 2 bunches broccoli
- 1 c miracle whip or mayonnaise
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/8 c red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/2 c slivered almonds
- 1/2 c chopped red onion
- 6 to 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Broccoli Cheese Soup

In a large pan, add potatoes, onions, celery, carrot, pepper and garlic
- 2 c finely diced potatoes
- 1 c finely diced onions
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 1 c carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 T chopped garlic
- 2 c chicken broth
- 20 oz frozen broccoli florets
- 6 c chicken broth
- 2 chicken bouillion cubes
- 2 c milk
- 1/2 c butter
- 2/3 c cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- Dash of ground thyme
- 1 lb Velveeta or American cheese, cubed
- 8 oz grated Cheddar cheese

- 1 1/2 c. celery
- 5 lbs. ground beef
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 c. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 T. chili powder
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 family-size bottle ketchup
"Meatza" Pie

Mix meat, milk, bread crumbs, onion and garlic salt together
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 1 (2-oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 c. mozzarella or cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 T. Parmesan cheese
- Onion (as desired)
Peachy Rice Puree

Combine all ingredients
- 2 tbsp prepared rice cereal
- 2 tbsp Just Peachy Puree
Candied Dills

Drain and rinse off all dill and drain again
- 1 (48-oz.) jar dill pickle chips
- 2 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 2 T. vinegar
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
Rum Slush

Mix all ingredients together in large plastic container and freeze
- 1 can frozen Awake orange concentrate
- 2 sm. cans lemonade
- 7 tsp. instant tea
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. rum, white or dark
Little Wieners

Crock pot on high until cooking good then turn to low
- 5 lbs. little smokies
- 1 big jar apple or grape jelly
- 2 bottle BBQ sauce
Barbecued Beef

Cut meat into cubes. Place meat and all ingredients in crockpot and simmer on low for 8 to 9 hours
- 1 (3-lb) shoulder roast or other tender cut
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- Garlic powder to taste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (14-oz.) bottle catsup
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 2 T. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 T. chili powder
- 1 T. paprika
- 2 T. Worcestershire
Spinach Dressing

- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. Kraft-free Italian dressing
- 1 c. water
- 2 T. sugar
