Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Smoothie

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1-2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 cup milk, any kind
Pizzelle Cake

Beat softened butter and sugar
- 1/2 pound unsalted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. pure anise extract
- 1 tsp anise seed (optional)
- 5 eggs
- 3 cups sifted flour
Peanut Butter Cookies

1. Whisk white whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl
- 1½ cups white whole-wheat flour (see Tip)
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1¼ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- ⅓ cup smooth natural peanut butter
- 5 tablespoons canola oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped roasted peanuts
Orecchiette with Sausage and Kale

1. In a very large pot, bring 5 quarts water and 3 tbsp
- Kosher salt
- 1 1 1 pound fresh orecchiette pasta
- 2 2 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 pound spice Italian sausage, removed from the casings if not bulk
- 4 4 4 cups roughly chopped kale leaves (stem before chopping)
- 1/2 1/2 to cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, or more to taste
Awesome Meat Loaf

Preheat over to 350°. Mix all ingredients, except bacon, together
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 3-4 squirts of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup shredded mixed cheeses (of your liking)
- 1 package of bacon
Butterscotch Cake with Caramel Icing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- For the cake:
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- For the icing:
- 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 cup butter (plus 2 tbsp. for later)
- 1/4 cup milk
Louisiana Hot Crab Dip

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- 1/2 pound jumbo lump crabmeat, free of shells
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 3 tablespoons minced green onions (white and green parts)
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Rosemary Parmesan Popcorn

1. Place 1 sprig rosemary and smashed garlic clove in the bottom of a small saucepan
- • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- • 1 large garlic clove, peeled and smashed
- • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, plus more to taste
- • Freshly ground black pepper
- • 1/2 cup unpopped popcorn kernels (OR 12 cups freshly popped popcorn, unseasoned)
- • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
