Kelly's Corn Puddin'

Place eggs, milk & corn in large bowl
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 16 1/2 oz. can cream style corn
- 1/4 cup corn meal
- 1/2 onion, chopped
doTERRA Window and Mirror Cleaner

Harsh chemical window cleaners are not necessary for clear windows and mirrors
- 1 cup White Vinegar
- 1 cup filtered water
- 10-15 drops of Lemon or wild orange oil
doTERRA Household and Kitchen Ants

For small black kitchen ants
- 1 . Keep counters completely clear of food, spills, and water. Especially sweets or juice spills. Especially over night.
- 2 . In a spray bottle, combine 20 drops of lemongrass and 1/4 - 1/2 cup of carrier oil such as grapeseed oil (this will keep the essential oil from evaporating quickly). Shake well, and often.
- 3 . Spray areas where ants commonly enter or congregate.
- 4 . After spraying countertops where there are commonly problems, you may wipe the cabinet down to get better coverage. Be sure and get under the edge of counters.
Chocolate Truffle Cake

For the crust: Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until the texture is wet but coarse
- Crust
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup raw pecans
- 1/2 cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup date paste
- 2 Tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
- Filling
- Part I
- 1/2 cup date paste
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ancho chile powder
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- Part II
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 lb cacao paste, finely chopped
- White Chocolate Drizzle
- 1/4 cup cacao butter, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp raw honey
- 2 Tbsp raw coconut butter, at room temperature
Mexican Lasagna

1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons hot salsa
- 12 ounces uncooked lasagna noodles
- 4 cups (16 ounces) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 1 jar (16 ounces) mild salsa
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
- 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped, optional
Black-Bean Burgers

1. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat
- Burger Patties
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 red onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- One 14-ounce can black beans, drained
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- 1 egg, lightly whisked
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs, plus extra
- To Finish
- 4 buns, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thickly sliced
- Ketchup, for garnish

- 1 sweet onion, thickly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
