  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 c light coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp thinly sliced fresh basil
  • Beets
  • 8 cooked peeled baby beets, quartered
  • 1 Tbsp butter
