- 1 cup snow peas, sliced crosswise
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 1 large carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 14-ounce cans coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons red curry paste
- juice of one lime
- 1 teaspoon yellow curry powder
- 1 15-ounce can chickpeas/garbanzo beans
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- optional: cooked white rice
Italian Dressing Caramelized Chicken

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- 2.5 lbs-3 lbs Chicken Breast
- 1 packet (.7 ounce) of dried italian dressing mix
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Combine blue cheese and buttermilk in a blender
- 10 chicken wings
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup blue cheese (crumbled)
- 1 cup flour (sifted, not in bag)
- 1/2 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon roasted garlic and herb seasoning (ie: Mrs. Dash)
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 1/8 stick of butter
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Crab & Avocado Salad with Berry Vinaigrette

1.About 1 hour before serving: Add vinegar and sugar to small saucepan on HIGH
- 2 cups Wegmans Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 3 medium Food You Feel Good About Cleaned & Cut Peeled Shallots, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped Food You Feel Good About Tarragon leaves
- 1/2 cup Wegmans Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 pint fresh raspberries, halve one-half of the pint
- 1 lb jumbo lump crab meat
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 Tbsp each salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup Wegmans Organic Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh chives, trimmed, minced
- 2 avocados
- 1 pkg (16 oz) Wegmans Organic Triple Washed Spring Mix
- 1 pint fresh blueberries, for garnish
- 12 oz fresh blackberries, for garnish

- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt or 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon rubbed (ground) sage
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- oil for deep frying - peanut, vegetable or canola
- 16 to 18 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato pesto
- 1 parmesan rind
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1 1/2 cup white onion, diced
- 4 - 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 sprig rosemary (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
- 2 bay leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) great northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 cups zucchini, diced
- 1 1/2 cups tubular (ditalini) pasta
- 1 cup frozen green beans, thawed
- 2 1/2 cups baby spinach, chopped
