Simple Beef Pot Roast

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 1/2 pounds beef chuck pot roast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Sour Cream Cucumbers Recipe

In a large bowl, whisk sour cream, vinegar, sugar and pepper until blended
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Pepper to taste
- 4 medium cucumbers, peeled if desired and thinly sliced
- 1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
Hash Brown Casserole

- 1-1/2 cups butter, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Heat oil in a large skillet, add meat and sear 1-2 minutes on each side
- 2 lbs. stew meat
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Hungarian Chicken Paprikash

Directions: Pat the chicken pieces with salt and set them aside at room temperature
- 2-2 1/2 lbs. chicken, Cut in bite-size pieces
