Lemon-Lime Glazed Pound Cake

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 medium limes
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. lemon extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Party Potatoes Recipe

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder
- 4 cups mashed potatoes (about 8 to 10 large) or 4 cups prepared instant potatoes
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon minced chives
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Jalapeno Popper Bites

Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- 1 8 oz. can crescent rolls
- 6-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 jalapenos, seeded, and diced finely
- 8 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbles
Lemon Blueberry Yogurt Loaf

Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom and sides of one 9X5" loaf pan; dust with flour, tapping out excess
- Lemon Syrup:
- 1 1/2 cups + 1 tbsp. flour, divided
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp. grated lemon zest (approximately 2 lemons)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen, thawed and rinsed
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Lemon Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 2-3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Smothered Chicken Breasts Recipe

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 8 bacon strips
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
Smoked Ham and Rice Salad

In a medium saucepan, bring rice and 1 1/2 cups water to a boil over medium-high heat
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup diced smoked ham
- 12 cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1 jalapeno, stemmed, seeded, and minced
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. Creole mustard
- 1 tsp. kosher salt,
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

- 1 egg
- 1 cup finely chopped peeled apple
- 3/4 cup caramel topping
- 1/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour

- FOR THE CAKE
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 2 cups sugar
- 5 eggs (at room temperature)
- 1 cup whole (or low-fat) milk
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- 3 1/2 oz Angel Flake sweetened, shredded coconut

- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk (or regular milk)
