Taco Corn Bread Squares Recipe

In a large bowl, combine the corn bread mix, egg and milk until blended
- 1 package (8-1/2 ounces) corn bread/muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2-1/2 cups cooked Taco-Seasoned Meat
- 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1-1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
Corn Casserole

Combine all ingredients and pour into greased casserole
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 4 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. corn meal
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- !/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
