- 1 cup sugar
- Two 6-inch pieces fresh ginger, roughly chopped
- 4 cups vodka
- 12 cups ice cubes
- 16 ounces tonic water
- 10 sprigs fresh mint, for garnish
- 10 lime wedges, for garnish
Instant Pot Cube Steak & Gravy

Cut cube steak into smaller pieces and dredge in flour
- 2 2 2 lbs cube steak (I thaw mine first)
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup flour
- 2 2 2 Tbs oil
- 2 2 2 cups beef broth
- 2 2 2 onions (optional-I did not have any and hubby prefers it without)
- 10.5 10.5 can 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1 1 dry package Lipton onion soup mix
Butter Pecan Blackout Torte

- TO ASSEMBLE:
- BUTTER PECAN BLACKOUT TORTE
- 1 stick unsalted butter (plus 1 tablespoon to grease pan)
- 1/3 cup Dutch process unsweetened cocoa powder (plus additional for dusting pan)
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs (plus 1 egg yolk)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- cooking spray (to grease)
- 3 pints butter pecan ice cream (removed from container, sliced into 1-inch thick rounds)
- 1/2 cup pecans (toasted, chopped, to garnish)
- CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
- 3 tablespoons corn syrup
- 6 ounces heavy cream
- 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate (chopped into small bits)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 16 oz powder sugar
Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 envelope Italian dressing mix
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 8oz package cream cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

- 24 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sour cream, room temperature
- 4 tsp banana extract
- 1 cup pureed banana (2 medium sized bananas)*
- 3 large room temperature
- BAVARIAN CREAM
- 1 tsp powdered gelatin
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp banana extract
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 5 tbsp powdered sugar
- WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh sliced bananas
- I recommend using yellow bananas, not ones that are over ripe.

Instant Pot ORANGE CHICKEN

Chop chicken breasts into hearty bite size chunks
- 4 4 4 chicken breasts Do not use thin breasts. They will dry out.
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup favorite dark sweet barbecue sauce ( I used Sweet Baby Ray's)
- 2 2 2 tbs soy sauce
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 2 2 tsp cornstarch
- chopped green onions for garnish

- 1 tube of crescent rolls.
- ½ stick of butter.
- 2 tbsps of vanilla.
- ½ cup of granulated sugar.
