Sloppy Joe Bites

In a large skillet Cook and stir the beef, sweet pepper, and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2/3 c sweet red pepper chopped
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c chopped dill pickle slices
- 1/2 c shredded cheese
- 1-3 t yellow mustard
- Cooking spray
- 16.3 oz. refrigerated biscuit dough (8)
- Milk
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Buttery Pull-Apart Rolls

Stir together water and yeast in bowl with dough attachment
- 1-1/4 c lukewarm water
- 1-1/4 oz. envelope active dry yeast
- 1/2 c unsalted butter at room temperature, divided
- 3-1/4 c flour plus more for dusting
- 1/2 c uncooked instant mashed potato flakes
- 2 T sugar
- 1 large egg at room temperature
- 2-3/4 t kosher salt
- 1 t onion powder
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- Cooking spray
- 6 T finely chopped fresh parsley, divided
- 1/4 t flaky sea salt

- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- ½ cup chopped dill pickle slices
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 ounces
- 2 - 3 teaspoon yellow mustard
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 16.3 ounce package of 8 refrigerated biscuit dough
- Milk
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Pickle Poppers

Preheat oven to 350°F. Halve the pickles lengthwise
- 12 whole baby dill pickles
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened (1/2 cup)
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese finely shredded
- 1 - 2 jalapeno peppers seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 thin slices deli ham or turkey halved
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno jam or hot pepper jelly optional
Pepporoni Pizza Cups

- 1 pound frozen pizza dough thawed
- Cornmeal
- 1 cup pasta sauce
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano crushed

- ½ of a 3.5-ounce package sliced pepperoni chopped

- 1 cup butter softened
- 2 3 ounce packages cream cheese softened
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup shredded Asiago cheese 1 ounce
- 2 eggs beaten
- ½ cup half-and-half or light cream or milk
- ¼ cup finely shredded Gouda or Havarti cheese
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts toasted and coarsely chopped
