lb. round steak cut in 1" cubes
1-10½ oz. can beef broth
large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1-10½ oz. can golden mushroom soup
/ t thyme
In Dutch oven on med-high, heat oil, add beef, cook until brown. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bing to a boil.. reduce het and simmer partially covered for 1-1 1/2 hours.
