- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/4 red pepper
- Medium onion
- 3 celery stalks
- Salt & pepper
- Mayonnaise

- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup + mayo
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup cooking sherry
- 1 bag wide egg noodles
- 6-8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1-2 tablespoons melted butter
