Bring a pot of water to a boil and add orzo - cook for about ten minutes
- 1 cup uncooked orzo
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3/4 cup lowfat milk
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup carrots, sliced, fresh or frozen
- freshly ground pepper

- 1 1/2 Cups sugar
- 1 1/2 Sticks butter
- 1 Pint (2 cups) sour cream

- 1 Cup flour - measure into bowl
- 1/2 Cup butter - cut into butter
