- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup non-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon butter

TGI Friday’s Jack Daniels Grill Glaze

- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 C. Jack Daniel’s Ole No. & Tennessee Whiskey
- 2 C. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 C. water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
