1. For filling: In a heavy saucepan, melt butter and unsweetened chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently

- 3 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 box Devil Food Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 2 T. Water
- 2 T. Cooking Oil
- 1/2 C. Cocoa
- 1 pkg. Chocolate Chips – I like Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Chips
- 2-3 drops Wilton’s Candy Mint Flavoring

1. Put a large pot of water on to boil for cooking pasta
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup smooth natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce, or to taste (see Ingredient note)
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 8 ounces whole-wheat spaghetti
- 1 12-ounce bag fresh vegetable medley, such as carrots, broccoli, snow peas

- 6 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

- 1 lb lean Ground Beef
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can Whole Kernel Corn, undrained
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced Tomatoes with mild green chilies, undrained
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope Taco Seasoning
- Corn Tortilla Chips
- Cheddar cheese, grated
