1. Arrange the tortilla chips on a large, microwave-safe platter
- 1 (10 ounce) bag bag tortilla chips
- 1 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 3/4 cup Alfredo Sauce
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped pepperoncini
- 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped

- 1 box Betty Crocker SuperMoist Lemon Cake Mix
- 1/3 cup Shortening
- 1/3 cup Butter or Margarine (I used Unsalted Butter), softened

- 1 (8 ounce) package linguini pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon green onion
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- parmesan cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 pound cooked shrimp

1. In a medium bowl, stir together the chicken, vegetable oil, and cayenne pepper
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste (substitute taco seasoning)
- 1 (12 ounce) package corn tortilla chips, or as needed
- 12 ounces of your favorite cheese (Longhorn cheddar, Jack, or mixture of both)
- 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
- 1 (7 ounce) can sliced black olives
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 can refried beans
- Guacamole
- Sour Cream
- Salsa

1. Line 9x13” pan with foil and spray with cooking spray
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup caramel bits (or about 18 square caramels, cut in half)

1. In a large Dutch oven, fill 1/2 full with water; add salt and pepper if desired; add chicken breast halves
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

- 2 (4 1/2 ounce) jars sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb shredded Velveeta cheese

1. Cream peanut butter, butter and sugar
- 1 cup Peter Pan Peanut Butter, Smooth or Crunchy
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 lb. bag milk chocolate stars or kisses or candy bars broken into pieces

- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- GLAZE:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
