  • 1/4 lb. thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and
  • blanched
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 3 shallots, chopped
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) champagne
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 pt. grape ,tomatoes
  • 1 lb. papparoelle pasta
