Mix and put in 9 x 13 pan
- 1 pkg Uncle Ben’s long grain/wild rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 2 cups celery
- 1 can water chestnuts
DROP SUGAR COOKIES

Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a medium bowl and mix well
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar plus additional for topping
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsps vanilla
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
SUNDAY PORK POT ROAST

In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients; rub over roast
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 boneless pork loin roast (3-1/2 to 4 pounds), trimmed
- 6 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 3 small onions, quartered
- 1-1/2 cups beef broth
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon browning sauce, optional
HAM AND CHEESE SOUFFLE

Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 3 Tbsps flour
- 1 cup milk, warmed
- 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup diced ham
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
BLUSHING PEACH PIE

Line a 9-inch pie plate with half of the pie dough; refrigerate until time to use
- Flaky pie dough for 9-inch double crust
- 4 pounds ripe peaches
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup instant tapioca
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2/3 cup plus 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsps unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL SWEET POTATOES

Whip together all of the above with an electric mixer
- TOPPING:
- 29 oz. can Yams, drained and smashed
- 5 oz. can Evaporated milk
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 tsps vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or mixed pecans and walnuts)

CAMPBELL'S CREAMY CHICKEN & VEGETABLES

Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat 1 minute
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 1 can Campbell’s Reduced Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp dried basil leaves, crushed
- 3 cups cooked cut-up vegetables (broccoli flowerets, cauliflowerets and sliced carrots)
FLAT BELLY FRAPPE

- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 Tbsps flax seed
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup ice
DIPPING OIL FOR BREAD

- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
