- 1 lb. ground beef
- 26 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 1-3/4 cups (15 oz) ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 cup (8 oz can) tomato sauce*
- 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 12 pieces oven ready lasagna
- 4 cups (16 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
SWEET-AND-SOUR SAUSAGES

In a large skillet, brown sausages in butter
- 2 packages (16 ounces each) miniature smoked sausages
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 can (15-1/4 oz) sliced peaches, drained and halved
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
- 1 tsp curry powder

- 1 can (14.5 oz) beef broth
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsps each dried basil, oregano and parsley flakes
- 2 tsps sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot cooked spaghetti
- Grated Parmesan cheese
