In a medium bowl, combine cheese spread, cream cheese, butter, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder
- 1 container (16 ounces) cheddar cheese spread, softened
- 2 packages (one 8 ounces, one 3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Paprika
- Snipped fresh parsley
- Assorted crackers
KRUMKAKE (Betty O'Connell)

Beat eggs until thick. Add sugar gradually
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup + 2 Tbsps flour
- 1 tsp vanilla or cardamon
CHICKEN IN CREAM SAUCE

- 1/3 cup dry white wine
PARMESAN PORK ROAST

- 1 boneless whole pork loin roast (4 pounds)
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dried basil

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

MANDARIN ORANGE & CASHEW CHICKEN

- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments
- 1/4 cup Kikkoman stir-fry sauce
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil, divided
- 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, bone and cut into strips
- 1/3 cup roasted cashews
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 pound fresh snow peas
SLOW-COOKED SWISS STEAK

- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/2 pounds beef round steak, cut into six pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 celery rib, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce

- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
