Cook pasta according to package directions
- 2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
- 1 package (1 pound) sliced bacon, chopped
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 3 cups torn romaine
OATS 'N HONEY GRANOLA PIE

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 refrigerated pie crust, softened
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 Nature Valley Oats 'N Honey crunch granola bars
- (2 pouches from 8.9-oz box) crushed (3/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Whipped cream or ice cream, if desired
Shrimp Tortellini Pasta Toss Recipe

Cook tortellini according to package directions, adding peas during the last 5 minutes of cooking
- 1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 pound uncooked shrimp (31-40 per pound), peeled and deveined
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
MY MOTHER'S MAC & CHEESE

In a bowl, combine macaroni, tomatoes, onion salt, pepper and 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons butter

Take only a small amount at a time
- Cream ½ cup butter and 1 cup sugar until very light. Add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon cream, 1 tsp vanilla and beat well.
- Sift together 2 cups flour, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder, and add to creamed mixture. Chill overnight.

- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
WINE CAKE

Mix approximately 5 minutes
- Mix together in large bowl:
- 1 white cake mix
- 1 small pkg vanilla instant pudding
- In smaller bowl mix:
- 4 eggs
- ¾ cup cooking oil
- ¾ cup dry sherry
- Add to dry ingredients. Then add:
- 1 tsp almond flavoring
- ½ tsp nutmeg
CHICKEN & SWEET POTATO BAKE

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 6 chicken breast halves
- 3 medium sweet potatoes (about 1-1/4 pounds) unpeeled and cut into 3/4 inch chunks
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 medium celery stalk, diced
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 9-oz packages frozen cut green beans, thawed

This is the BEST sauce. So yummy
- Combine 3 tablespoons olive oil, 6 thinly sliced garlic cloves and a pinch of red pepper flakes in a large skillet and cook over medium-low heat until the garlic is golden, about 6 minutes.
- Crush a 28-ounce can of San Marzano plum tomatoes into the skillet with your hands; rinse the can with about 1 cup water and add to the sauce.
- Add a handful of torn basil leaves and season with salt. Increase the heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, until thick, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Toss with 1 pound cooked pasta (makes 4 cups sauce).
HERB & CHEESE-STUFFED BURGERS

In a small bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, parsley and 1 teaspoon mustard; set aside
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard, divided
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon dried sage leaves
- 1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 4 hard rolls, split
- Lettuce leaves and tomato slices, optional
