Veggie Pizza on Whole-Wheat Crust with Feta and Mozzarella Cheeses

- 1 (7.5 ounce) can pizza sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- black Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2/3 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup spinach, fresh, torn
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- 2/3 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp. canola oil

In a mug, mix the coffee with the Frangelico, Licor 43 and Cognac
- 3 ounces hot strong-brewed coffee
- 1 ounce Frangelico
- 1/2 ounce Licor 43 (sweet citrus- and vanilla-flavored liqueur) or Navan

Crispy Pork Belly with Kimchi Rice Grits and Peanuts

- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Two 8-ounce meaty pieces of pork belly, about 1 inch thick

- 1 cup chopped pecans
