- 1/3 C almond milk
- 1 C fresh strawberries
- 1 tsp vanilla

Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread

- Banana Bread -
- 2 C all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 C light brown sugar
- 1/2 stick (or 4tbsp) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 2 mashed large bananas
- 1/3 C vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon-Sugar Swirl -
- 1/4 C granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Pumpkin Cream Cheese Snickerdoodle Cookie Sandwich

- For the cookie -
- 1 C butter, room temperature
- 1 + 1/2 C granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 + 3/4 C all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp cinnamon and 3 tsp white sugar for rolling
- For the filling -
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 C pureed pumpkin
- 1/4 C light brown sugar
- 1/8 C granulated sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Pumpkin "Pop Tarts"

- 1/2 C light brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp heavy cream or whole milk

Dark Chocolate Buttercream

Chocolate Monkey Bites
