- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen puff pastry shells (6 shells)
- 6 EGGS - scrambled with S & P
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 Tab. chopped chives
- Salt

1. Mix the zucchini, feta, ouzo, garlic, green onion, herbs and egg and season with salt and pepper
- 2 cups zucchini (grated and squeezed)
- 1/4 cup of feta (crumbled)
