- 1/2 cup onions, minced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pound ground beef

- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- A few dashes hot sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Chopped pickles, tomatoes and shredded lettuce, for garnish
15 minute Garlic Shrimp Zucchini Pasta

Wash and trim the ends of the zucchini
- 3-4 medium zucchini
- 1 pound raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3-4 garlic cloves minced or crushed
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or oregano optional
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes adjust to taste
