Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Tomato sauce:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups diced onion
- 1 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1 cup uncooked oatmeal
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Heinz 57 sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- Tomato sauce (recipe follows)
- 1 tablespoon salted butter
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

In a large saucepan, heat oil; add celery, onions, spinach and carrots
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed with water squeezed out.
- 2 carrots, grated
- 2 c. rice, uncooked
- 4 c. chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 (6-8 ounces each) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Peanut oil for frying
- 4 rolls, split, buttered, and toasted
- 8 (or more) dill pickle slices
