- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ sugar cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 cup M&M's™ chocolate candies
- 1 cup white vanilla baking chips

BONUS: Here’s my Mom’s recipe: ¾c mayonnaise ⅓c
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1 tbsp. fine chopped onion
- 1-2 tbsp. poppy seeds
- In a small bowl, combine the honey, salt, vinegar and mustard.
- Gradually add the oil, whisking thoroughly until the mixture is very well blended. Stir in the onion and poppy seeds.
- Shake well before tossing with the salad.

In large mixing bowl, soak bread crumbs in milk for 5 minutes
- 2 cups fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground cardamom
- 1 cup yellow onion, chopped, plus 6 cups yellow onions, sliced
- 1 cup salted butter, divided, or bacon fat!
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons gravy maker seasoning
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves

Taco Casserole

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese, divided (or mixed cheddar, jack etc.)
- 1 cup salsa (I prefer mild, but if you would like to kick it up a notch, go for it)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 (2 1/3 ounce) can sliced black olives
- 1 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups corn chips (coarsely crushed or chopped)
Wild Rice Chicken Supreme

1. Cook the rice with its seasonings packet according to package directions

- 2 cups cooked chicken cubed

Pesto Cream CHICKEN IN PHYLLO DOUGH

- 4 chicken fillets - breasts or thighs.
- 8 sheets of phyllo dough – thawed in frig.
- 1/2 cup Pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sliced scallions (green & white parts)

- 1/4 teaspoon paprika

- 1/4 cup loosely packed flat leaf parsley, minced
