BONUS: Here’s my Mom’s recipe: ¾c mayonnaise ⅓c

  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 tbsp. fine chopped onion
  • 1-2 tbsp. poppy seeds
  • In a small bowl, combine the honey, salt, vinegar and mustard.
  • Gradually add the oil, whisking thoroughly until the mixture is very well blended. Stir in the onion and poppy seeds.
  • Shake well before tossing with the salad.
