- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

First you’ll brown and drain your ground beef
- 14 no boil (oven ready) lasagna noodles
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 pound sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 28-oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 15-oz container Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons fresh grated Parmesan cheese, divided

- 4 egg yolks
- 5 tablespoons white sugar ( I use Domino)
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 3/4 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Vanilla Bean (I prefer Beanilla Vanilla Beans)

- 1 small-medium onion, diced
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 28-oz. bag shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 10-oz. can cream of chicken (or cream of mushroom) soup
- 2 1/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the cabbage until wilted
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin Greek olive oil
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 6 scallions, trimmed and finely chopped

- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves

- Creamy Cheese Sauce:
- One 1-pound boneless beef top round steak
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon safflower oil
- 1 tablespoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Two 8-inch-long hero rolls
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup Creamy Cheese Sauce
- One 12-ounce can evaporated milk
- 1 scant teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 pound mild yellow cheddar cheese, shredded
- Bring the evaporated milk to a simmer in a medium saucepan over high heat. Reduce the heat, add the mustard, gradually add the cheese, and stir gently until the cheese is melted. Keep warm on the stovetop, stirring occasionally, until ready to serve.
