"Spicy Green Goddess Buttermilk Dressing

Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and puree until smooth
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 scallions, roughly chopped
- 1 small jalapeno, chopped
- 1/2 cup packed parsley leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 anchovy fillet
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Blue Ribbon 8-Hour Chili

Directions: In a large skillet, brown ground beef with salt and pepper

- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 15 oz. can Ranch Style Beans
- 1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 10 oz. can Rotel Tomatoes
- 4 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 8 green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup onions, minced
- 4 whole jalapenos, fresh or canned, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup canned jalapeno juice
- 4 tablespoons Williams Chili Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 cups water

Combine all the dry ingredients – flour, sugar, baking powder and salt

- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh - or- frozen & thawed)

Pioneer Woman's Chicken Salad

After chicken has been poached and cooled - cut into small chunks
- 1 whole fryer, cut up and poached
- 2-3 stalks celery, chopped
- green (or red) grapes, cut in half (as much as you'd like, really)
- fresh chopped dill
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream (I used sour cream)
- tablespoon or 2 fresh lemon juice
- tablespoon brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- pinch cayenne pepper

In a measuring cup or small bowl, mix together the water and flavorful liquid of your choice
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, frozen
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup flavorful liquid of your choice (see suggestions above)
- Simple Salsa: 1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa
- BBQ: 1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce + a splash of apple cider vinegar for extra tang
- Teriyaki: 1/2 cup water + 1/4 cup soy sauce + 1/4 cup orange juice + 1 Tbsp. brown sugar + a squirt of sriracha
- Cuban Mojo: 1/2 cup water + 1/3 cup orange juice + juice from 1/2 lime + 1-2 cloves of minced garlic + 1/2 tsp. cumin + salt/pepper
- Spicy Korean: 1/2 cup water + 2 Tbsp. gochujang + 2 Tbsp. honey + 2 Tbsp. soy sauce + 1 Tbsp. sesame oil + 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- Honey Dijon: 1/2 cup water + 1/4 cup whole grain mustard + 1/4 cup honey + hot sauce (if desired)
"Shoyu Ramen - 醤油ラメーン

Instructions In a small pot over medium high heat, add sesame oil, garlic and ginger
- For the shoyu sauce:
- 2 packages fresh ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 1-inch piece ginger peeled and minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking sake
- 1 cup dashi
- 2 1/2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 cup ramen water
- Toppings:
- 2 ramen eggs optional
- menma - pickled bamboo
- dry nori sheets
- chopped scallions
- ground white pepper
- Servings: 2
Hot Chocolate with Condensed Milk

- 12 12 12 oz good quality dried ramen noodles
- 4 4 4 large or extra large eggs
- 2-3 2-3 2-3 oz enoki or other mushrooms
- thinly sliced green onions
- Chashu pork belly
- 2 2 2 lb pork belly - rolled and tied
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sake
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup mirin - sweet Japanese wine
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup sugar
- 2-3 2-3 2-3 cloves garlic - left whole
- 2 2 2 green onions - coarsely chopped
- Soy bacon tare
- 2 2 2 slices bacon - use good quality bacon here
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup soy
- 2 2 2 Tbsp mirin
- 2 2 2 Tbsp sake
- 4 4 4 Tbsp shiro miso
- Miso Tare
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup shiro miso
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup sake
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup mirin
- pinch pinch shichimi togarashi (optional)
- 1-2 1-2 1-2 tsp kosher salt - depending on how salty you like your ramen.
