INSTRUCTIONS In a small bowl whisk (except for ground beef) all of the orange beef ingredients together
- Head of your favorite lettuce
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 cup orange juice (I used store bought o.j.)
- 1 inch knob ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbs fish sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbs orange zest
- For the ground beef seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)

- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 3 whole cloves
- Chubby 2-inch (5 cm) section ginger, peeled, thickly sliced, and bruised
