I actually made a couple of changes to the recipe, which might seem insignificant but really made a huge difference...
- For the Bottom Chocolate Layer:

- For the Caramel Layer:
- 14 ounces caramels, unwrapped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- For the Top Chocolate Layer:

- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 teaspoon of seasoned salt
- 10 turns of the pepper grinder
- 1/4 cup of flour, for the gravy
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms, optional

Boil water in a saucepan. How much water depends on how much broth you want
- Vegetables (choose a few):
- 4 new favorite is Nongshim (Shin Ramen – Gourmet Spicy). It’s slightly more expensive at about $3.50 for 4 packets, but the quality is much better.
- Carrots (a handful, sliced thin)
- Cabbage, sliced thin (about a half cup)
- 1/4 chopped small (about 1/4 cup)
