Steak on a Stick

Freeze steak for 1-1/2 hours
- 1 beef flank steak (1-1/2 pounds)
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Everybody Loves this Steak

1. Trim fat from steak. Let steak stand at room temperature 30 minutes
- 2 lb. ribeye steak, about 1 1/4 inches thick
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 t black pepper
- 1/4 t salt
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 2 (8 oz) packages mushrooms, quartered
- 1 cup thinly sliced re and green bell pepper
- 2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 2 t Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Hot Velveeta and chili Dip

- 1 lb. hot Jimmy Dean sausage
- 1 lg. onion

- 1 pound dried Great Northern beans
- 1 1 - 1 1/2 - pound meaty ham bone or 1 to 1 1/2 pounds meaty smoked pork hocks
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 medium fennel bulbs, trimmed, cored and cut into thin wedges
- 4 medium thinly sliced carrot
- 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed and halved crosswise, or frozen cut green beans
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh oregano and/or thyme
