1.5 loaf makes 1 thick or 2 thin crust 12-16 inch pizza (depending on how thin you can toss it)

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • I add 1-2 tablespoons King Arthur Pizza Seasoning (an herb & cheese flavor mix). You can make without or replace with herbs/dried cheese of your choice.
