- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tsp grated lime rind
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tsp bottled minced garlic

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
