- 7 oz box Odense Almond Paste, grated
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 stick (4 oz) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind (1 large lemon)
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (from grated lemon)
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Confectioner's sugar
