Makes: 1 full tray Add all seeds and walnuts to a bowl and cover with the water
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup flaxseeds (linseed)
- 1/2 cup active walnuts
- 1-2 tbs of mixed green powder (I used Synergy Supergreens *)
- Approx 3/4 cup water

Chocolate Brownie Layered Cake with Chocolate Avocado Frosting

Grease a round cake tin and preheat oven to 180c while you prepare the mixture
- 2 cup freshly ground nuts and seeds (eg almonds, Brazils, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pepitas, chia or flaxseeds)
- 1 1/2 cup organic coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup organic dried coconut
- 1/3 cup goji berries
- 1/3 cup raw cacao nibs or 3 tbs shaved raw cacao paste
- 2 1/2 tbs raw cacao powder
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup organic coconut oil, rice bran oil or extra virgin olive oil
