  • Zest from 1/2 organic lemon
  • 2 free range eggs or 1 tbs ground chia or flax with 3 tbs water - soak for one hour before using or 1 ripe banana for a vegan option
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 tbs coconut oil
