Grease a 9in Spring Form pan
- CRUST:
- 3/4 cup Grahm cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup Melted butter
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Light brown sugar
- FILLING:
- 1 1/2 cup Solid pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 cup Light brown sugar
- 1 tbs Cornstarch
- 3 pk (8-oz) cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 2 tbs Heavy cream
- 1 tbs Bourbon
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- TOPPING:
- 2 cup Sour cream
- 2 tbs Sugar
- 1 tbs Bourbon
Pickled Eggs and Beets

- 1 can Beets sliced, not drained
- 1 Whole onion sliced
- 1 cup Cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 2 tsp Pickling spice
- 6 Whole eggs -- hard boiled
Russian Pork Chops

- 4 Boneless pork chops (about 1
- 2 tbs Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- 2 Green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 9 oz Cooked fresh or frozen green beans
- 2 tbs Prepared horseradish
- 1 tbs Sour cream
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Stuffed and Twice Baked Potatos

Rub potatoes with oil if desired; pierce with a fork
- 3 large baking potatoes 1 lb each
- 1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil optional
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup Butter divided
- 1/2 cup half and half cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 slices cooked crisp bacon crumbled

Tandoori Chicken (low fat version)

Cut each chicken breast in half to make 8 equal pieces
- Marinade:
- 4 lrg Chicken Breasts skinless boneless
- 2 tbs vegetable or olive oil for basting
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic peeled
- 1 inch fresh ginger peeled
- 1 tbs ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tbs red food coloring (optional)
- 2 tbs. yellow food coloring (optional)
- Coarse salt to taste

In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water
- For the Topping:
- 2 packages (1/4 ounce each) Active Dry Yeast
- 1/2 cup warm Water (110-115 degrees F)
- 1/2 cup warm Milk (110-115 degrees F)
- 1/2 cup Butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 1/2 to 5 cups all-purpose Four
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 tbl ground Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup Butter or margarine, melted
Beef Stroganoff

- 4 slices bacon fried drained and chopped
- 1 lb round or sirloin steak sliced thin
- flour for dredging
- 1 cup slice onions
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups water
- 1 beef builion cube
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bag of wide egg noodles
Chex Party Mix

- 1 cup Mixed nuts
- 1 cup Pretzels
- 1 cup Garlic flavored bagel chips bite size or broken up
- 3 cups Corn Chex Cereal
- 3 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- 3 cups Wheat Chex Cereal
- 6 tbs Margarine or butter do not use tub/spread
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp Garlic powder
- Seasoned salt 1-1/2 tsp
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 6 whole Sweet potatoes pierced
- 1/4 cup Apple juice
- 1/2 cup Margarine melted
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Margarine
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon ground
- 1/4 tsp Ginger ground
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg ground
- 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped
Scalloped Potatoes
