Allow patty shells to thaw 2 hours in refrigerator before rolling out
- 1 10-ounce package frozen Patty shells
- 4 lb Beef tenderloin roast
- Salt
- All-purpose flour
- 2 cup Fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 2 tbs Butter
- 4 oz Can goose liver pate
- 1 tbs Cognac
- 2 tsp Chives, snipped
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tb Water
Chicken Tortilla Soup

In a large stockpot, heat 3 tablespoons of oil to medium-high heat
- 8 cups Chicken Stock
- 2 whole Onions; diced
- 3 whole Garlic cloves; crushed
- 1 1/2 tbl Chili powder
- 1 large can Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 whole Lime
- 1 tsp Cumin
- Salt; to taste
- Pepper; to taste
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne; or more to taste
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 12 whole Corn tortillas
- 2 cups Chicken; cooked and torn or cubed into 1/2" cubes

Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1/2 cup butter (1-stick)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (8-ounces), grated
Baked Ziti

Brown the meat and the onion and drain fat
- 1/2 lb Ziti pasta cooked al dente (8 minutes) and drained
- 1 each Onion chopped
- 1 lb Italian sausage removed from casing
- 1 3 pound jar Spaghetti Sauce see note
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 8 ounces Ricotta cheese
- 6 ounces Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tbs Parmesan cheese grated
Ginger Salad Dressing

Combine all ingredients in a blender
- 1/2 cup Minced onion
- 1/2 cup Peanut oil
- 1/3 cup Rice vinegar
- 2 tbs Water
- 2 tbs Minced fresh ginger
- 2 tbs Celery; Minced
- 2 tbs Ketchup
- 4 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
